2. Subject
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's GOALNATURA website.
3. Product Information
Product(s), sales price and payment method are as specified in the order form.
4. Delivery
The product is sent to the delivery address specified by the BUYER in the order form. The delivery period is a maximum of 30 days.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product subject to the distance contract to him/her or to the person/institution at the address he/she indicated, without giving any reason.
Returns are not accepted for "opened cosmetics and personal care products" due to hygiene rules (according to Article 15/1-c of Law No. 6502).
6. Authorized Court
In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized in accordance with the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Commerce.
The BUYER declares that he/she has read and accepted all the terms of this contract.
